To learn about one of the secrets of the Japanese success, take a look at these two photos:
- The first one was taken on 7 August 1945, the day after Japan was bombed in WW2. Although their schools were destroyed, this did not stop them from continuing their classes in the school field.
- The second photo was taken on 8 April 2011, the day after Japan had a massive 9.03 earthquake. Again the schools were destroyed, but they still continued classes at the school gym.
It may be tempting to take a vacation at those difficult times, but here is the rule: If you want to be at the top in anything you do in this life or the afterlife, you must be willing to do what others are not willing to do. When they are resting, you will keep doing the work you love. When they are sleeping, you will stay at night praying Qiyam. You will keep a balanced life, but you will always take that one extra step forward ahead of others insha'Allah!
