Facebook announced on Friday (31), which will remove the ‘Like’ that is given on a page without the user having really intended to have done it.
“We have increased our efforts to remove the Likes of pages that may have been achieved by means that violate our terms,” said the social network said in a statement. The Facebook user clicks “Like” on a page when you want to get updates on a brand or company.
According to the company, on average, less than 1% of “Likes” will be removed from the pages.This takes will be taken the “like” obtained with malicious software, coming from compromised accounts safely, coming from users who were deceived and they were purchased.
“We’ve always had a protection against this sort of thing, but our systems were upgraded to combat what is suspicious,” said the company statement. “To be clear: we will never allow the purchase of ‘enjoy’.”
